  • 1/2 cupchopped carrots
  • 1 cuppeas
  • 1big tamato chop
  • 1green chilly chop
  • 1/2 tspginger chop
  • 1 tbspcoriander chopped
  • 1 tsphaldi
  • 1 tspdhniya powder
  • 1/2 tspred chilly powder
  • 1/2 tspgram masala
  • 1 tspjeera
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspgee

Steps

  1. 1

    Cooker mai gee daal kar gram Kare or jeera daale. Ginger or chilly daale.Phir sare masale or chop tamato daal kar bhune jab tak tamato soft na ho jae.

    Ab usme carrot or peas daal kar mix Kare. Phir dakkan laga kar 3-4 vessels lagaye.

  3. 3

    Ab dakaan khol kar coriander daale or mix Kare.
