Peal and roughly cut the boiled potatoes

Heat ghee in kadai and add chopped green chilli and cumin seeds

When it starts cracking add the dry fruits snd fry till golden in colour

Now add potatoes and salt and fry till a good colour comes out
- 5
Add coriander leaves and serve hot with partha
