Ingredients

  1. 1 largeAvocado
  2. 4 eachEgg
  3. 1/2 tspSalt
  4. 2 tbspBacon bits
  5. Dressing
  6. 1 tbspPre-Fried Garlic
  7. 2 tbspMayonnaise
  8. 3/4 tbspBrown Sugar
  9. 3 tbspWater

    Slice avocado into halves. Remove core. And then slice into 4.

    There will be two without sunken hole. Use spoon to dig a hole (to hold egg yolk) later.

    Pour a little oil onto frying pan, place sliced avocado onto pan, heat up for 1 min.

    Crack egg, for each avocado one egg. Cook for 2 mins and sprinkle salt over to taste.

    Close fire and can get ready to serve. Remove eggs from pan and place it on serving plate.

    Prepare mayo dressing ( add all of dressing ingredients and stir)' use spoon to distribute evenly.

    Sprinkle bacon bits. Ready to serve, eat and party!
