Egg-Mayo for Sandwich Fillings
Recently I've become obsessed with homemade bread, and I made this while waiting for the bread to bake. It's not really a recipe, but I added margarine, which gave it a rich and delicious taste, so I uploaded it.
It's easy because you just mix it as while mashing the egg with a fork. You don't have to melt the margarine first. Adjust the amount of Krazy Salt to your liking. If you put too much in at once, it will become too salty, so be careful. I added basil this time because I felt like it, but it is optional. Recipe by Lesser Panda

Cooking Instructions

Boil the eggs (I boiled for 13 minutes.)

Put the boiled eggs and other ingredients in a bowl, and mash the eggs with a fork while mixing. It's done when everything is nicely mixed together. Taste and increase the amount of Krazy Salt if desired.

Spread as much of it as you like on bread and enjoy. Of course, you can also use it as a sandwich filler.
