Preheat oven to 350.

Combine all meat ingredients together.

Roll/flatten meat onto a greased cookie sheet. Try to make it as thin as possible.

Cook for approximately 10 minutes.

Slice into strips.

For the sauce, mix condensed milk with sugar until it's all dissolved.

Let stand for 15-20 minutes then check to make sure all the sugar is dissolved.

Stir sauce to give it circular velocity then while stirring quickly add vinegar. Mix sauce gentley until it has thickened but do not mix too much or sauce will thin out.

Chill sauce for 20-30 minutes to let it thicken.

Wet pitas with water and heat up in a skillet until they are dry.

Place meat and sauce on top of pitas and add tomatos and onion for a true Halifax donair.
