Ingredients

  • 1large bag of Nacho Cheese Doritos crushed need about 4 cups or
  • 1whole rotisserie chicken shredded
  • 1/2 cupsour cream
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 1 cancream of chicken
  • 1 canmild Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 canbushes great northern beans in chili sauce
  • 1 packagetaco seasoning
  • 4 cupshredded cheddar cheese save 2 cups for topping
  • 2 cupcooked white rice (optional)
  • Or 1 bag uncle bens ready rice garlic butter is my favorite
  • 1sour cream, shredded lettuce, and diced tomatoes for serving t

Steps

  1. 1

    Pre heat oven to 350°F

  2. 2

    In a 13 by 9 inch pan add about 2 cups crushed Doritos

  3. 3

    Mix everything altogether except two cups of cheese, doritos, lettuce and additional toppings

  4. 4

    Pour mixture on top of crushed Doritos in pan and top with remaining cheese and approximately 2 more cups of crushed doritos and bake for 1 hour minutes and then serve topped with extra sour cream,shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes if desired
