Ingredients

1large bag of Nacho Cheese Doritos crushed need about 4 cups or
1whole rotisserie chicken shredded
1/2 cupsour cream
1/2 cupmilk
1 cancream of chicken
1 canmild Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 canbushes great northern beans in chili sauce
1 packagetaco seasoning
4 cupshredded cheddar cheese save 2 cups for topping
2 cupcooked white rice (optional)

Pre heat oven to 350°F

In a 13 by 9 inch pan add about 2 cups crushed Doritos

Mix everything altogether except two cups of cheese, doritos, lettuce and additional toppings

Pour mixture on top of crushed Doritos in pan and top with remaining cheese and approximately 2 more cups of crushed doritos and bake for 1 hour minutes and then serve topped with extra sour cream,shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes if desired
