Broiled chicken hearts

Remove the bad parts off of the gizzards. Put all of the hearts and gizzard ls in a big pot. Cover to the top of ingredients with water.

Cook the pot until water is heated and the bad stuff is sweated out. Then rinse with new water and dump out all the water.

Cut white parts of green onions. Cut as many thick slices of ginger as you want. Put slices all together.

Pour 1 bottle of alcohol (beer) or alot of splashes of cooking wine. Pour half mug of soy sauce. Pour 1/3 mug of oyster sauce. Cover to the top of the ingredients with water.

Throw in the ginger and green onion slices then mix. Put a hand full of dried red peppers in. Heat the pot to high heat.

Prepare a whole garlic by smashing them, peel, and then throwing them into the pot (no need to peel perfectly). Add the salt and sugar. Then lastly two spice packs.

Boil at high heat with lid on. If it's boiling too much turn it down to medium. Broil for 50 mins.
