Chilli Infused Oil

My grandfather uses this a lot in his cooking and it does give it a bit of a kick, the bullet chillies are home grown and believe me they are spicy.
Chilli Infused Oil
My grandfather uses this a lot in his cooking and it does give it a bit of a kick, the bullet chillies are home grown and believe me they are spicy.
Steps
- 1
In a glass bottle, place the oil and chilli together. (Use a funnel if you prefer to transfer it into a bottle).
- 2
Let it all sit in the bottle for about at least two weeks before you use it. I personally would let the oil absord the chilli for a minimum of 4 weeks before using it.
- 3
You can use any type of chillies or oil you like, so experiment.
- 4
Tip: Cut chillies in half to make it super hot and spicy.
