Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupButter (1.5 sticks)
  2. 3/4 cupSugar
  3. 1 cupPacked brown sugar
  4. 2Eggs
  5. 1 tspVanilla
  6. 1 1/2 cupFlour
  7. 1 tspBaking soda
  8. 1/2 tspCinnamon
  9. 1/2 tspSalt
  10. 3 cupQuick oats
  11. 1 3/4 cupButterscotch chips

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat softened butter and both sugars until smooth and creamy.

  2. 2

    Add one egg at a time and mix well. Then add vanilla.

  3. 3

    In a separate bowl mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.

  4. 4

    Slowly add flour mixture until all is added and mixed well.

  5. 5

    Stir in oatmeal and butterscotch chips.

  6. 6

    In a over preheated to 375 bake rounded teaspoon size cookies for 8 minutes.
