Ingredients

  1. 1 lbcubed, peeled Yukon gold potatoes
  2. 1/4 cup1% low fat milk
  3. 2 tbspmarscapone cheese
  4. 1/2 tspsalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Place potatoes in a large saucepan, cover with water.

    Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes or until tender. Drain. Return potatoes to the pan.

  3. 3

    Add remaining ingredients. Mash to desired consistency.
