6eggs
4 piecesausage patties
4 piecetoasted bread
1 cupshredded cheese of choice

Heat oven to 350. Brown sausage on stovetop.

Mix eggs in a separate bowl. Cut toasted bread into cubes and add to eggs.

Add sausage to egg and bread mixture. Add cheese once mixed.

Put mix into a 9 x 9 pan. Bake for 30-45 minutes. Frittata will be moist and bubbly but not runny.
