Whenever guest comes they serve it with kahara(sev or mixture) roasted greenchillies along with hot cup of Tea.It can be stored for 15-20 days.

Ingredients

  1. 2 cupchurmura(murmura)
  2. 2 table spoonground nuts
  3. 1 table spoonphutana (fried chana dal)
  4. 1 tea spooncumin
  5. 1 tea spoonmustard seeds
  6. 3-4green chillies
  7. 12-14curry leaves
  8. 1Juice of 1 lemon
  9. 2 table spoonoil
  10. 1 tea spoonturmeric
  11. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    In a kadai add oil, let it heat add ground nuts fry.

  2. 2

    Now add cumin mustard and phutana

  3. 3

    Add curry leaves and green chillies

  4. 4

    Add turmeric powder and salt to taste.

  5. 5

    Add lemon juice

  6. 6

    Add churmura mix well

  7. 7

    Let it cool down

  8. 8

    While serving serve with green chilli, chopped onion and sev.
