Sukka Churmuri (dry murmura)

Again this dish is belong to Hubli Dharwad region in Northern part of Karnataka. It's a evening snack. During marriage functions or any other functions people of that region make this sukka churmuri in bulk and keep in airtight container. Whenever guest comes they serve it with kahara(sev or mixture) roasted greenchillies along with hot cup of Tea.It can be stored for 15-20 days.

In a kadai add oil, let it heat add ground nuts fry.

Now add cumin mustard and phutana

Add curry leaves and green chillies

Add turmeric powder and salt to taste.

Add lemon juice

Add churmura mix well

Let it cool down

While serving serve with green chilli, chopped onion and sev.
