Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupBoiled mung
  2. 1onion
  3. 1/2 cuplow fat curd
  4. 1green chilli
  5. 1small tomato
  6. 1 tea spoonchat masala
  7. 1/4 tea spoonblack salt
  8. as neededCoriander leaves
  9. as neededPomegranate seeds
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 1 table spoontamarind chutney(homemade)

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak and boil mung for 1 whistle.

  2. 2

    Chop onion,tomato and chilli

  3. 3

    On a bowl take boiled moong add curd, onion, tomato, chilli, pomegranate, mix well

  4. 4

    Now add chat masala, black salt coriamder leaves give a nice mix.

  5. 5

    Tada your healthy and tasty chat is ready to have.
