All ingradients of the sarso ka sag.

Take a bowl add wheat flour, cornflour, salt to taste, ajwani, and Meethi sag, oil. Mixwell.

Add water and make a dough. Rest it 10mints.

Take a ballsize from dough and makes roti with the help of rolling board and pin.

Prepared the makkei roti, and spread butter.

Heat a pan add oil than add besan fry it finely.

Heat a pan add oil add hing and jeera, than add the mixture ofsarso ka sag, mix with ginger and green chilli.

When water is soaked than add salt, and roasted besan. Mix it well. Add garam masala.

Sarso ka sag is ready. Add 1tbsp butter.

Serve the makkei ka roti and sarso ka sag.
