In a blender, add milk, oil, and eggs in that order. Blend well. Gradually add the corn flour, blending each time you add it, along with the baking powder and salt. Blend thoroughly. Gently fold in the epazote or cilantro. Do not blend this part.

Preheat the oven.

In a greased and floured pan (using the same flour), pour some of the mixture. Cover with slices of ham and cheese, then add another layer of batter, followed by more ham and cheese. Continue this pattern, ending with a layer of batter.

Bake until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
