In a small sauce pan wisk flour and milk over medium heat until very thick stirring constantly no liquid should remain and the mixture should be stiff, cool completely. In a large bowl cream butter with sugar and add vanilla and cooked mixture beat until fluffy about 8 minutes, than frost cake. Store cake in refrigerator.
