Ingredients

  1. 4 cupRaw, chopped kale
  2. 1 smallOnion
  3. 4 cloveGarlic, minced
  4. 1 tbspOlive oil

Steps

    Heat olive oil in a large pan

  2. 2

    Add chopped onions and garlic

  3. 3

    Sauté until onions begin to caramelize and are clear (be sure not to let garlic burn)

  4. 4

    Add torn kale

  5. 5

    Toss with onions and garlic

  6. 6

    Cook until kale begins to wilt

  7. 7

    Sprinkle with balsamic vinegar if desired

  8. 8
