Ingredients

  1. 1/4 tspSalt
  2. 2 tspCocoa, powdered, unsweetened
  3. 2 tbspBrown sugar
  4. 10 gramsDry roasted almonds, no salt added
  5. 1/4 cupSoy milk
  6. 1/3 cupQuaker dry rolled oats

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Bring water and salt to a boil over high heat

  2. 2

    Reduce heat to medium and add oats

  3. 3

    Cook until nearly thick (about 3 minutes or so)

  4. 4

    Add sugar and cocoa, stir, and cook for another 30 seconds or until thick

  5. 5

    Remove from heat and serve with almond topping and soy milk

  6. 6
