Fennel Pork Chops (Makes 4 Servings)

Steps
- 1
Sprinkle garlic powder on both sides of pork chops. (It should cover the chops pretty well)
- 2
Pour a little olive oil into a skillet. Put pork chops in frying pan and place fennel seeds on top of the pork chops (10-15 fennel seeds per chop will probably do). Cook until side browns and then flip
- 3
Pour wine into frying pan; then cover and reduce heat. Simmer for 10 minutes and flip the pork chops again. Cover and let simmer for another 10 minutes. (Make sure wine doesn't completely evaporate or the pork chops might burn).
