preheat oven to 350-365

heat up saute pan, keep on medium high, add butter, add hasbrowns, saute without moving them much till some have nice color

while those are Browning, thinly slice leek.

take hashbrowns out of pan, add leeks. saute for a bit.

next slice Bacon into medium slices, add those to leeks. cook until caramlized

thinly slice zucchini, and carrot. , add to mix in pan, saute for about 5 mins more. take off of heat.

in a separate bowl add eggs, milk and cream, seasonings, and mix well. add the grated cheese.

doesn't matter what kind of cheese

next slice your bread

grease a 13x9 pan, add sliced bread to bottom of dish

mix veggies with eggs, and pour over the bread. kind of mush mix into bread with a fork.

bake till firm and lightly browned on top
