Ingredients

7 servings
  1. 1 boxRotini pasta or pasta of your choice
  2. 3 tbspOlive oil
  3. 5Shallots
  4. 4 cloveGarlic
  5. 1 tspFresh thyme
  6. 1 tspFresh rosemary
  7. 1 1/2 tspItalian seasoning
  8. 2 jarclassico Alfrefo sauce
  9. 1/2 cupParmesan cheese
  10. 1 tspRed pepper flakes (or to taste)
  11. 3 cupCooked shredded chicken (i used leftover chicken i had previously roasted, rotisserie chicken would work great here too)
  12. 3 cupBroccoli floret (Blanched)
  13. 1Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente.

  2. 2

    Strain and set aside. In same pot add olive oil, shallots,garlic and all herbs and spices. Saute until shallots are traslucent.

  3. 3

    Add both jars of alfredo sauce to pot along with the red pepper flakes and parmesan cheese. Heat through.

  4. 4

    Add shredded chicken and blanched broccoli florets. Stir and heat through.

  5. 5

    Add cooked pasta to pot and stir.

  6. 6

    Serve pasta with an extra sprinkle of cheese on top and garlic bread. Enjoy!
