Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 1/2 cupbesan
  2. 1/2 cuprava
  3. 3 cupcurd
  4. 3/4 tbspcooking soda
  5. 1/2 tbsplemon juice
  6. pinchsalt
  7. cupcoconut

Cooking Instructions

    Beat curd, mix everthing except cooking soda.

    Take a cooker or any vessel coated with oil

  3. 3

    before putting the vessel put the soda in the mixture

  4. 4

    Pour the mixture in the vessel and put in the cooker without the whistle.

  5. 5

    steam for 10 - 15 mins. let it cool for 2 mins . Give Tadka of oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, chilli . Serve with coriander and coconut as garnish
