Ingredients

  1. For dhokla batter:-
  2. 3/4 glasssuji
  3. 1/4 glassbesan
  4. 2 tbspsugar
  5. 1 tbspturmeric powder
  6. 2 tbspoil
  7. 1 poucheno fruit salt
  8. to tastesalt
  9. 1/2 glasscurd
  10. For water:-
  11. 1/2 glasswater
  12. 4 tbspsugar
  13. 2lemon

Cooking Instructions

    Add all batter in a bowl.

    Mix immediately eno in batter.

  3. 3

    Brush the microwave safe bowl and pour the batter in it.

  4. 4

    Microwave it for 5 mint.

  5. 5

    Take a pan add water sugar,lemon juice and bring it to boil.

  6. 6

    When the both come on room temprature spread water proplerly on the dhokla.

  7. 7

    For tadka add all given ingredients in tadka pan for1 min at low flame.

  8. 8

    Spread it on dhokla and serve it.
