Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlbesan
  2. to tasteSalt
  3. 2-3 tsp / as per taste Sugar
  4. 1 tspsoda
  5. 1 tspcitric acid (tatri)
  6. Pinchhing
  7. as neededIf u want you can add grated ginger
  8. Tadka
  9. 3-4 tspOil
  10. 1 tspmustard seed
  11. 1 tspsesame seed
  12. 2-3green chilli chopped
  13. 4-5curry leaves
  14. Pinchhing
  15. 1 small glassWater
  16. to tasteSugar and salt

Cooking Instructions

    Take besan add water and make batter than add sugar salt and asfotedia.

    In one bowl add little water add citric acid dissolved it nicely.than add in batter.

    Note take soda add in batter mix it nicely and pour in micro safe dish. Micro it 5 minutes.

    Prepare tadka add oil, hing curry leaves and sesame seed.

  5. 5

    Green chilli nicely sauté than add water salt and sugar as per taste pour the tadka on dhokla

  6. 6

    Aft 4-5 mins water absorbed nicely than serve it.
