  • onions
  • tomatoes
  • carrots
  • garlic
  • oil
  • salt
  • coriander

Steps

    Wash and boil the greengrams

    Slice the onion

  3. 3

    Slice the tomatoes and coriander

  4. 4

    Grate the carrots and garlic.

  5. 5

    Fry the onion,tomatoes,carrot.

  6. 6

    Add the boiled ndengu

  7. 7

    Serve with boiled Tumeric rice

  8. 8

    Garnish with avocados.
