Ingredients

  • 1 cupMota atta (coarsely grind wheat flour)
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspajwain
  • 2 tspOil
  • Oil for roasting

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all ingredients in a bowl except oil for roasting.

    Add water to knead a tight dough like puri. Keep rest for 15 minutes.

    Flatten it like thick parantha

    Heat tawa roast it by drizzling oil until golden brown.

    Serve hot with any sabji/curry or pickle.
