Wash and boil the greengrams

Slice the onion

Slice the tomatoes and coriander

Grate the carrots and garlic.

Fry the onion,tomatoes,carrot.

Add the boiled ndengu

Serve with boiled Tumeric rice

Garnish with avocados.
