Ingredients

  1. 2 cupFlour
  2. 2/3 cupMaple Syrup
  3. 1/3 cupButter
  4. 3Over ripe bananas
  5. 1/2 cupChopped pecans
  6. 1 tspBaking powder
  7. 1/2 tspBaking soda
  8. 1 tspCinnamon
  9. 1/2 tspNutmeg
  10. 1Cap of vanilla extract

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix ingredients in bowl. Batter will be very thick, like cookie dough. Spoon into six large muffin tin. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
