I love Mexican style dips and tostadas,so I created this chili mix that can be eaten on tostadas,tostitos,flour or corn tortillas and can easily be dressed up with lettuce,fresh cilantro,cheeses of choice to make a party dip,or into taco night. It's a multi tasker!

Ingredients

  1. 2 lbGround Turkey
  2. 1 1/2 largefinely chopped Red onion
  3. 1Finely chopped Green pepper
  4. 1Finely chopped Red Pepper
  5. 1 canOrganic Corn
  6. 1 canGoya Black beans (low sodium)
  7. 1 cloveGarlic
  8. 1 canOrganic tomato sauce
  9. 2 tbspOlive oil
  10. 2 tbspChili powder
  11. 1 tbspCayenne powder
  12. 1 tspGround black pepper
  13. 1 tspAdobo or salt to taste
  14. 1 tspOregano
  15. 1 tspDried cilantro
  16. 1 pinchVinegar
  17. 2Jalapenos (if you looovve heat)

Steps

1 hour
  1. 1

    Olive oil to pan or pot for preheat. Brown your ground meat and add vinegar (optional)

  2. 2

    Add all dry ingredients while at mefium heat (Turning vigorously)

  3. 3

    Add your finely chopped ingredients allow to simmer for 15 minutes low heat setting

  4. 4

    Add tomato sauce,beans and corn. Stir lightly at medium heat (5min to 7 minsto insure heat destribution but no pan or pot sticking)

  5. 5

    Cover pot or pan (Deep pan recommended) let simmer on low heat for 35 mins
