  • 2 cupFlour
  • 2/3 cupMaple Syrup
  • 1/3 cupButter
  • 3Over ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cupChopped pecans
  • 1 tspBaking powder
  • 1/2 tspBaking soda
  • 1 tspCinnamon
  • 1/2 tspNutmeg
  • 1Cap of vanilla extract

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix ingredients in bowl. Batter will be very thick, like cookie dough. Spoon into six large muffin tin. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
