Ingredients

  • 20Uncooked pasta shells
  • 15 ozRicotta Cheese
  • 2 cupGrated Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 cupGrated Parmesan Cheese
  • 12Basil Leaves
  • 1Egg
  • 26 ozPasta sauce
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1/4 tspBlack pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat over to 350°F

  2. 2

    Cooke pasta shells in boiling water, then drain water when fully cooked

  3. 3

    In a large bowl combined ricotta, Parmesan , 1 1/2 mozzarella cheese, 1 egg, salt, pepper, and basil.

  4. 4

    Spread 3/4 of pasta sauce in a 13x9 baking dish

  5. 5

    Spoon cheese mixture into each pasta shell and then place in baking dish

  6. 6

    Pour remaining pasta sauce on shells

  7. 7

    Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of baking dish

  8. 8

    Cover in foil

  9. 9

    Bake for 30 minutes

  10. 10

    Uncover and bake for 10 more minutes
