Ingredients

15 mins

6 servings

1 lbextra lean ground beef
1 packagestaco seasoning
1/2 cupwater
1/2 cupbeer
6 tbsptomato paste (1/2 6 oz can)
1 cupgrated cheddar cheese (8oz)

Steps

Preheat oven to 325°. In saute pan, brown beef and break up. Drain. Add seasonings. Stir in water, beer and tomato paste.

Simmer covered for 10 minutes. Transfer into 2 bowls. (Onion soup size)

Put half the cheese on top of each bowl. Bake for 6-10 minutes.
