3 lbRusset Potatoes
1/2 cupHalf and Half
1 cupWhole Milk
2 ozCream Cheese
2 tbspSalt
2 tbspButter
1 tspBlack Pepper
2 tbspGrated Parmesan Cheese
2 cloveSmashed Garlic

Steps

Peel and cube potatoes and add to a pot with cold water and salt. Bring to a rolling boil and cook for 25 minutes. Heat remaining ingredients in a sauce pan and mash the potatoes. Combine and mix, season to taste.
