  1. 30oreo cookies, finely crushed ( about 21/2 cups
  2. 6 tbspbutter, melted
  3. 1 packages(8oz) cream cheese, softened
  4. 1/4 cupsugar
  5. 2 tbspcold milk
  6. 1tub (8oz) whipped topping, thawed divided
  7. 4bananas, sliced
  8. 2 packages(3.9oz each) chocolate instant pudding
  9. 3 1/4 cupcold milk
  10. 1/3 cupcherries, halved
  11. 1/4 cupchopped toasted walnuts
  12. 1 tbspchocolate syrup

  1. 1

    Mix: cookie crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 13x9-in dish. Ice box until ready to use.

  2. 2

    Beat: cream cheese, sugar and 2tbsp milk in a medium bowl with whisk until well blended. Stir in 1 cup cool whip; spread over crust. Top with bananas.

  3. 3

    Beat: pudding mixes and 31/4 cups milk with whisk 2 mins spread over bananas. Let stand 5 mins ot until thickened; cover with remaining .cool whip. Ice box 4 hrs
