Steps

Cut your chicken into small pieces and remove the skin(optional).

Preheat your cooking pan and add your chicken pieces, add water, salt and pepper and cover to cook.

When your chicken is soft add your clean vegetables into the chicken(I prefer mine full size)

Cook for about another 30 minutes for vegetables to be soft at medium heat.

You can serve this delicious boiled chichen veges with ugali, roast or deep fried potatoes, chapatis or any other carbohydrate of your liking

Serve while still hot and Enjoy
