2 cupRice
2onion cut in slice
2potato cut in small pieces
1 spoonjeera
1 cupMatar
1/4 spoonblack pepper
to tasteSalt
as neededOil
4 cupWater

Ek pressure cooker me oil dal kar, jeera add karein, jeera bhun jaye to onion, potato and matar add karein or 2 minute tak bhun lo.

Water add karein rice ko wash karo or add kar do.

Pressure cooker me 2 whistle lagwao.

5 minute ke liye steam me rakho, cooker ka lid open karo.

Matar pulav ready hai.serve hot.
