Makka is generally eaten in winter. Makkai roti is common to make. But Makka Dhokla is some thing different. It's very tasty and healthy.And also very easy to make.
Steps

Mix all ingredients and knead with warm water roughly.

Now make small flatten balls like idly shape.

Now heat a idli maker. Put 250 ml water. Grease the idli stand and place the balls in idli mould.

Now cook by steam it like idly for 10- 12 mins.

Check with knife if not sticking it's ready.

Remove from heat.

Pour some ghee over it. And garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.

Serve hot with panchmeli daal and green chutney.
