Steps

boil cleaned potatoes whole for 10 minutes. Cool quickly, cut into bite size pieces (Usually half)

Add to large heat resistant bowl with olive oil salt and pepper and and mix completely

Preheat Barbecue to approximately 400°F
- 4
Fry bacon to slightly crisp and pat dry on paper towel. Chop coarsely

Cook potatoes on a pan or griddle to prevent falling through grates (I use a pizza pan with holes in it) Until crispy and very slightly charred.

Add to serving bowl with onions, bacon, and caesar dressing. Fold ingredients. Top with parmesan cheese.
