Ingredients

  • Crumb topping
  • 1 stickmelted unsalted butter
  • 1 1/3 cupflour
  • 1/4 cupoatmeal
  • 1 tspcinnamon
  • 2 tbspgranulated sugar
  • 1/3 cupBrown sugar
  • 1 tbspinstant cappuccino mix
  • cake:
  • 2eggs
  • 2 tspvanilla extract
  • 2 cupflour
  • 2 tbspmilk
  • 1/2 cupsour cream
  • 1 1/2 cupblackberrys
  • 1 cupBrown sugar
  • 2 tbspgranulated sugar
  • 3 tbspinstant cappuccino
  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 1/2 tspbaking powder
  • 1 1/2 sticksoftened unsalted butter
  • drizzle
  • 3 tbsppowder sugar
  • 1 tbspwater

    preheat oven to 350..spray a spring form pan well and set aside

  2. 2

    Make crumb topping by adding all ingredients together mix well till u get a good crumble. set in fridge while u make cake

  3. 3

    Cake: Add all dry ingredients together set aside. Add softened butter, sugars together cream well till nice & fluffy, add in vanilla and eggs and mix well, now add in flour mixture slowly, add in sour cream & milk till all incorporated. Now incorporate berries gently stir in.Add to pan & top with crumb mixture bake 55-65 minutes

    You can top with ice cream, whip cream or sugar drizzle
