Ingredients

Winglets
1/4 cupflour
1/8 cupmilk
1egg
1/4 cupparm
2tblsp granulated or ground garlic
2 tsponion powder
2tblsp butter
2tblsp olive oil
Sauce
1tblsp chopped garlic
2 tspchopped ginger
4tblsp parm
2tblsp melted butter
2tblsp olive oil

Steps

1

Mix flour with 1/4 cup parm and half the powdered seasoning

Heat pan with oil and butter
3

Wisk Milk and egg dip wings in wet mixture coat with remaining seasoning then toss in flour
4

Add wings to hot oil fry till crispy and delish
5

Mean while mix your sauce as soon and chicken is cooked toss in the sauce
