1 cupgram flour (besan)
1/2 tspcarom seeds (ajwain)
1/4 tspChilli Powder
1/4 tspturmeric Powder
1/4 tspgaram masala
1 pinchasafoetida(hing)
1 pinchbaking soda
as per tasteSalt
as required Water to make thick batter
1Large green chillies
as neededOil for frying

Take all dry ingredients in a bowl...Add water in parts so as to form a thicl batter
Slit the green chilli from one side... Remove seeds

Heat oil in a pan
Deep slit green chilli in a prepared battter
Fry it untile it become golden &crispy
Serve hot
