Sorghum pancakes

Sorghum or Jowar is healthy millet. It's a staple food in North Karnataka. It's a glutenfreen. Now a days it's not a common man's food. Before it was called common mans food. Because of it's health benefits many people started using this millet. Doctors are also recommending this millet to their patients bcoz of it's health benefits.

Finally chop onion, cucumber and cabbage

Chop green chillies also

In a bowl take both the flour and add 1/2 cup curd chopped vegetables, salt. Chilli, turmeric, cooking soda, coriander and add water little by little.

The consistency not too thin or thik

Give 10 min rest

Heat dosa or pan cake tava,apply oil and make pancakes, flip from other side too

Roast from both side. It's ready. Served hot

Serve with coconut chutney
