  2. 1/2onion
  3. 1/2chalet
  4. 1 mediumpotatoe
  5. 3 cupchicken stock
  6. 1/2 cupmilk
  7. 1salt
  8. 1black pepper
  9. 1 tbspolive oil

  1. 1

    dice onion

  2. 2

    dice chalet

  3. 3

    quarter potatoe

  4. 4

    sauté potatoe, chalet, onion in olive oil

  5. 5

    add broth

  6. 6

    bring to boil then simmer for 5 minutes

  7. 7

    place asparagus in HealthMaster

  8. 8

    add hot liquid

  9. 9

    run HealthMaster 8 minuets at speed 8
