Dice the onion.

Heat the olive, fry the onion and then add meat with garlic (it will take 10-15 minutes).

Add flour and fry.

Pour cold milk and cook 5 minutes.

Add muskate ball, salt and pepper.

In glass dish spread with olive oil lay dry lasagne-cheese-white sauce-bolognese sauce till nothing's left.

Spread the white sauce over the last layer of lasagne and sprinkle rich with cheese.

Preheat oven to 200 Celsius degrees.

Bake 40 minutes.
