Ingredients

  • 300 gramslasagne
  • 600 gramsminced pork
  • 4 clovegarlic
  • 2onions
  • 1 cantomatoes
  • 100 mlolive oil
  • 400 gramsgrated cheese
  • 1salt
  • 1dried oregano
  • 1dried thyme
  • 2 tbspbutter
  • 2 tbspflour
  • 500 mlmilk
  • 1fresh/dried bazil

    Dice the onion.

  2. 2

    Mash the garlic.

  3. 3

    Heat the olive, fry the onion and then add meat with garlic (it will take 10-15 minutes).

    Add tomatoes.

  5. 5

    Add salt and herbs.

  6. 6

    Melt the butter.

  7. 7

    Add flour and fry.

  8. 8

    Pour cold milk and cook 5 minutes.

  9. 9

    Add muskate ball, salt and pepper.

  10. 10

    In glass dish spread with olive oil lay dry lasagne-cheese-white sauce-bolognese sauce till nothing's left.

    Spread the white sauce over the last layer of lasagne and sprinkle rich with cheese.

  12. 12

    Preheat oven to 200 Celsius degrees.

  13. 13

    Bake 40 minutes.
