Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 lbGround Pork
  • 4Shitake mushrooms
  • 1 tbspMinced Mint Leaves
  • 1 tbspMinced Basil Leaves
  • 1 tbspMinced Italian Parsley
  • 1Egg white
  • 1 1/2 tspGrated Ginger
  • 2 tspGrated Lemon Zest
  • 1/2 tspSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oven to 425°F.

  2. 2

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

  3. 3

    Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

  4. 4

    Divide the meat into 1-1/2 tablespoon portions and roll into ball shape.

  5. 5

    Place the meatballs on the baking sheet.

  6. 6

    Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.
