  1. 4 tbspoil
  2. 1yellow onion peeled chopped
  3. 1jar red peppers drained
  4. 3/4 cupsour cream
  5. 1 packagesHidden Valley ranch dressing

    Heat 1Tablespoon oil over medium heat.

  2. 2

    Add onions cook till softened.

  3. 3

    Stir in red peppers and sour cream. Heat until bubbly.

  4. 4

    Transfer to a blender or food processor.

  5. 5

    Add ranch packet. Process till smooth.
