Ingredients

  • 1 cupjowar flour
  • 1 cupgreen garlic chopped
  • 4green chillies chopped
  • As needed coriander leaves handful
  • 1 tspgarlic paste
  • 2nos onion chopped
  • 4 tbspwheat flour for binding
  • 2 tbsp Desi ghee for making dough +extra ghee for cooking parath
  • to tastesalt
  • 2 tspsred chilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients and make a dough like of parathas.

  2. 2

    To make dough very little water is used.

  3. 3

    Shape rotla with hand and put on griddle.

  4. 4

    If it is difficult with hand u can use polithin to make rotla.

  5. 5

    Cook on both the sides and when little cooked add generous amt of ghee.

  6. 6

    After ghee cook till crisp on both the sides.

  7. 7

    Serve hot...
