Steps

Mix all the ingredients and make a dough like of parathas.

To make dough very little water is used.

Shape rotla with hand and put on griddle.

If it is difficult with hand u can use polithin to make rotla.

Cook on both the sides and when little cooked add generous amt of ghee.

After ghee cook till crisp on both the sides.

Serve hot...
