Ingredients

  1. 1 cupPumpkin purée
  2. 1 mediumonion
  3. 4 cupVegetable broth
  4. 1/2 cupWhite wine
  5. 2 tbspOlive oil
  6. 4 cloveGarlic (chopped)
  7. 4 ozGoat cheese, cream cheese, or ricotta
  8. 1 tspSalt
  9. 1/4 tspPepper
  10. 1as needed Parsley
  11. 1/2 tspNutmeg
  12. 1as needed Red Pepper flakes
  13. 1 bunchPasta

Steps

  1. 1

    Dump all ingredients in large pot

  2. 2

    Turn stove on to high heat and let everything sit

  3. 3

    Once it comes to a boil set a timer for 9 minutes

  4. 4

    Stir often

  5. 5

    Take it off the burned and add cheese
