Ingredients

  • 1 cupChicken bouillon base
  • 1 largetomato
  • 1 cloveMinced garlic
  • 1 tsponion salt
  • 1/2 packagesStevia
  • 1/2 tspbasil
  • 1salt & pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Sauté garlic in 1 tbs of bouillon base and set aside.

  2. 2

    Purée tomatoes in blender and then cook over medium heat to a boil.

  3. 3

    Turn heat to low.

  4. 4

    Add remaining bouillon and spices.

  5. 5

    Cover and simmer for 10 min.
