  1. 3eggs
  2. 250 gramsflour
  3. 1/2 litermilk
  4. 1 tbspsugar
  5. 1 tbspgrated lemon
  6. 1 tbspMelted butter

  1. 1

    mix all the ingredient in a blender

  2. 2

    keep in a cool place for 30 mn

  3. 3

    heat and butter a crepes pan or a non stick pan then the wipe the butter off

  4. 4

    Pour one ladle of the batter into the pan

  5. 5

    Cook until the bottom side is golden then flip it to the other side until some small dark circles shows

  6. 6
